sir,
i am vishal sharma and i am rel. prepaid user from j&k .
Rs 30 has been deducted automatically from My a/c balance on 23-12-2010.
earlier in the evening i had 107 rupees bal. in my prepaid ph. and on after few hours , it has been 77 rupees .. plz do sumthin ..my mail id is vishvvv_1080@yahoo.com. and mine no. is ********05.

Complainant's Goal: want to get back my 30 rupees
