Subject: Complaint Regarding Illegal Encroachment on Footpath and Road Causing Traffic Issues

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding illegal encroachment and traffic congestion on Tower Road market side area in Dabhoi Tower Road.

Today, while I was waiting on my bike for my relatives in front of a pooja samagri shop, the shopkeeper objected and told me not to stand there, claiming that the road in front of his shop belongs to him. I was not parking my bike; I was only waiting for a short time.

However, the same shopkeeper has occupied the Nagarpalika footpath for extending his shop business and has also encroached approximately 2 feet onto the public road area. I do not understand why such illegal use of public footpath and road space is being allowed.

Due to such encroachments, heavy traffic congestion regularly occurs in this area, even though a police chowki is situated nearby. Similar issues are also happening near Paviwala Anaj Shop, where vehicle loading and unloading activities continue throughout the day, causing major traffic obstruction and inconvenience to the public.

I kindly request the Nagarpalika authority to:

1. Inspect the Tower Road market area properly.


2. Remove illegal encroachments from footpaths and roads.


3. Take necessary action against unauthorized occupation of public space.


4. Regulate loading/unloading activities to avoid traffic congestion.



I hope the concerned department will take immediate action in the interest of public convenience and smooth traffic management.
