Reliance Communications Limited - restoring mobile service

my mobile number is ********84. In spite of producing / submitting relevant documents as required by them and got a verification clearance and an extra talk time of 20 minutes for the compliance my mobile service has been abruptly cut off without any notice. complaints to reliance customer care, their nodal and appellate authority have not yielded any satisfactory response. I would like to know why the service to my mobile has been discontinued without any explanation in spite of being their loyal customer for a period of more than 6 years
