I have been submeting plenty of applications to your branch for last three years and personally requested to lic staff for transfer of my policy to my home town lic branch no 162 but all in vain till date my policy no (********3) is lying in your branch. in the month of feb i suppose to get a premium but till date i have not received any thing because i am transfered from that place and my add is also changed.
you are req to transfer my policy to my home town yamunanagar please inform me accordingly on the u/m adds. i have lost my trust in lic of india
