Myself ADV. SUDHIR CHAND SRIVASTAVA, I have bought a cell in the name of Monika Aggrawal of Sony model no - C2004 and IMEI No.-35********75546 from Bhajanpura, Delhi on dated 27.10.2013
since then the cell is not working properly,two times it has given to sony service center to prepare.
and now it is again in Sony service center to repare at DHANVI COMMUNICATION D-66, kamla Nagar- Delhi.

It is my humble request to please replace the same in the interest of better satisfaction of consumer.
