I ordered a Micromax 32" led tv on 16 Nov 2015 and i recieved a defective product on 22 or 23 Nov.. on the same day of the delivery of product i logged a complaint to shopclues against defective product and i got a nagative revert on 30 Nov 2015..
According to shopclues the product neither replace nor refund the money.. According to shopclues i should go to service center to repair the TV...
Please help me...My order was prepaid ...
