TATA Indicom - Repeat Problem in Tata Indicom Landline Handet

Hi Team,
For last 5 days my tata indicom land phone is dead and after logging repeated complain no one either called or came to rectify.Every next day when we call the customer care executive mentions the call has been closed and showing resolved in system.
My old mother stays at home alone and there is no means for her to communicate in case she is not feeling well.
Please take this case urgently so that we can get a permanent solution.The handset has been causing issue for last 1 year now.
