TTK Healthcare TPA has rejected my mother's insurance claim. She had been admitted on an emergency basis after symptoms of acute pain. After tests, it was found the condition was a bladder prolapse, but surgery could not be done due to Hypothyroidism. Medicines weere prescribed for a few months and surgery postponed. SHe was discharged the next day.

When the claim was made, TTK Healthcare just saw the word Hypothyroidsm, and concluded that the claim was for that. They rejected the claim without even understanding it. Worse, they could not even spell the condition correctly.

Proof has been attached after masking personal information. SUch ignorant and incompetent TPAs must be penalised in the most harsh manner.
