I have saving account No. 1********0015661 in PNB Chaksarai Branch . It is in Tehsil Amb Distt Una- HP opened on 24.09.1993. It is near to my native place I have issued a cheque book bearing Nos 357721 to 357770. I live in Chandigarh . I give self ( bearer cheque ) to my Brother in Law Mr. Shiv Kumar Sharma Mob No. ********38 for Rs. 11,000/- duly signed and filled in properly as I have to pay this money to my parents ( who are senior citizens) living in native place every month . But the dealing representative of PNB Chaksarai Branch refused to pay the money and told the bearer that Mr Sanjeev Kumar Sharma should come to the branch himself to collect the money . Since this branch is home branch and he should not refuse to get the cheque honoured . As I am dealing with various banks since 1991 and no such problem arise. Please look into the matter otherwise I will be compelled to close my old account forever and further action can be taken
