Sub : Refusal for giving the complaint book at Railway station DAPPAR

Sir,

I am working in an industry located near Dappar .I usually use the services of passenger trains running between Ambala and Dappar .On Dt.12.08.2011 when I reached the Dappar station with my family for catching the passenger train from Dappar to Ambala Cantt before scheduled timing of departure of train the ticket clerk cum ASM at the station refused me & other passengers to give the ticket while the train is standing on the station & after 10 minutes train leave the station with my family.

After that when I ask that fellow whose name is which he told me is Mr. Salim Khan to give the COMPLAINT BOOK of the station , He directly refuse me to give the complaint book . Sir , on One hand railway is posting the slogans that travel with the ticket and on the other hand people like this person is refusing to give the ticket .

Sir, I also have the sting video of this fellow while refusing me to give the complaint book , therefore I requested you to take proper action against this person so that in future he think before giving harassment to any other passenger.
