I purchased a product from ShopClues.com, but due to its bad quality, I returned that product to the company for a money refund. When they got the product back, they informed me through mail that my money has been refunded on 9/3/2014 in my account. But till now I have not got the money. Then I again mailed them and told the issue, but they are saying that they have already given me the refund which actually is not true.
It's a matter of 1000+ rupees. Feeling very cheated. Please help. The order number of that product was
