Dear Sir/Mam,
Today I paid my pending Traffic challans or fines on your website(Traffic Police).On first time I transact through Traffic website it gives me message called' unable to process' and I waited some minutes whether traffic website accepted or rejected. Unfortunately it did not show any thing on that time. So that I visited Paytm website and transact, On that time it shows successful. Finally, when I saw my SBI online banking it shows me duplicate transaction happened.
Kindly refund my amount of RS.605.
