I booked a flat in M-tech Height, Bhiwadi with M-Tech Developers and paid 1,75,000 Rupees. I understand that no project is coming there and i reminded for refund several time, but they do not bother to reply. It is a very very panic situation for me as M-Tech Directors are looting my 175,000 Rupees ( my hard core money). This builder is not at all serious and act as a fraud builder. Despite my various follow ups and phone call, he never responded and has no intention to pay my money.
I would request you to kindly help me to get my refund back with interest. I would also request you to kindly if you can take strict action against all such kind of builders.

Do not accept principal amount or money in instalment from M-Tech Developers Limited. Go for principal plus interest or for plot/flat/villa. Do not succumb to his blackmailing demands. Hon'ble Court had also appointed a nodal officer! Contact us in case of any assistance and we shall redress your grievance.
