i bought a belt from creats collectio jodhpur for rupees 420. the material started coming out within three days of use. i complaint the shop they said, they will not refund =d the money but i could take another piece. i didn't agree because of the credibility of the previous product. they simply refused and challenged me to complain anywhere. pls help.
