please find following details.

I placed on line order for auto ignition gas cook top. They agreed delivery in a week but delivered after 4 weeks, after several contacts. They delivered manual cook top in place of auto ignition. They can settle this max in a week time. They are making unnecessary communications to pull on days. I need at least Rs500 more for cheating and holding this amount w/out valid reason. I received several mails same as attached dt 30th
