Dear Sir,

I had booked a ticket from Fly Mantra on 26.04.2014. I had to cancell the ticket due to rescheduling of my journey. BUT Ihave not received the refund till today.
Details of my ticket is furnishef below:

I have not received the refund till date. I have tried a lot to complain over telephone no ********66 provided in the ticket as well as in the website consistently for several days. Only reply "Sorry, our all of our representatives are busy. Please call later." It seems the company Fly Mantra is a bih cheater. Please help me.
