Cadbury India - Reduction in no of Shots In Dairy Milk Shots

Till Today I bought dairy milk shots pack of Rs.10/- twice. At first time I bought I found 9 Shots, Second time I found 8 shots. I would like tyo know why this had happen?
Expecting the revert....
Complainant's Goal: I want to know how many shots one should expect from the pack?
