- taking money but no recharge

I have used rechargeitnow dot com to recharge my idea mobile on 3rd November 2011, I have got a confirmation on site as well as an email, the details are as follows;

Your recharge request has been successfully processed as per the following details:

transaction id: 41523530
subscriber id recharged: ********93
operator: IDEA
circle: Delhi & NCR
purchased value (MRP)Rs.: 110
date: 2011-11-03 07:03 PM

I have waited some time to get the amount updated in my mobile account but that did not happen. I have contacted Idea and confirmed that there was no recharge.
I have contacted Rechargeitnow through their contact page, I got an automated reply but after that there is no reply at all. I have contacted through their customer care ID too which was available in Facebook, no reply. I have even written on their wall. Even after having this all, there were no reply. I have contacted the payment gateway provider too; they have replied me saying the same have been forwarded to rechargeitnow.
Till today there is no action, no mails, no calls, and no recharge.
Now what should be done?
