Airtel Gujarat - recharge successfully but service not activated.

Respected Sir,
On 29th or 30th september i recharge in my airtel prepaid mobile no. is ********75 for rs. 198 to activation of hellotune under scheme re. 198 hellotune 1 year. on the same day recharge is successfull but service still not activate. i am contact with customer care but they are not give proper answer to me..
so please sir help me.
my alternative mobile no. is ********07.
