I am a victim of Online fraud made through Talash.com on 04th October 2012.
I have ordered for "Cars 2-Remote Control Mcqueen (New)" for my son's Birthday, however I have received wrong product which is not working.

After attempting many Calls/Emails to their customer care, an executive by name Priya replied "Apart as per the latest update received from the vendor the original product is Out of Stock and they are arranging for the same. As soon as we receive the perfect date we will intimate you the same." but I never received any update from them.
Again after attempting many Calls/Emails to their customer care, an executive by name Priya replied "Per the last e-mail, as we have not received the reply from the vendor for the complaint, so we have decided to cancel the order and refund you the amount. Apart we have also said the vendor to arrange the pick up of the order by today EOD. "

Till dated neither No pickup was arranged, nor addressing my Calls/Emails.

Kindly address my issue ASAP, and do the needful.you can also reach me on 0********62
