My name is praveen kumar .N,propriter of devi prasad foils ,gurrampalem,pendhurthy , visakhapatnam. i have applied for a project at tamilnad mercantile bank dabagardens visakhapatnam branch . they have sanctioned a loan ammount of 90 lacks for that they have collected processing fees ofRs 90000/- initially and the legal ,technicle charges i hav paid on my own. later we have decaided to start the business with our own money and not to go for loan, we have said the same to the branch manager . for that he said to give a letter by addressing the bank for cancilation of loan , we have submited the letter also at the branch but now he says that the bank have sanctioned a loan to you ,if you are not intrested to take the loan so thats not our problem at the same time the processing charges of 90000 /- will not be returned to u at all you take the loan or not . i hav taken the bank people and valuers to the property visit on my own ,i hav paid the legal and technicle charges also on my own, atlost whatevar the charges been done for the process of my project loan that all been on my own ,i havent even taken a single zerox copy from the bank ,now they say that we wont return your proceesing fees money back ,being as a small scale enterpreniour its not that easy to daigest if i lost that 90000/- without getting of any benfits from the bank, so i request you to help me out in getting back of my money .
