To all those naive and innocent customers/ people who are ever thinking of buying from a store named "RAJ MANDIR SUPER MARKET" in Dwarka/Paschim Vihar/Rohini, Delhi, BEWARE, YOU WILL BE CONNED.
These bloody crooks are so petty and full of shit! Thuggery is operating in the name of a "Mandir" in this so called "Store".

////PLEASE AVOID THIS HELL STORE AT ANY COST FOR YOUR BENEFIT AND PEACE OF MIND!!///

I totally understand the abovementioned complaint's author who is an extremely harried consumer of this shit shop run by a bunch of swindlers and thugs.

Here is my experience with them - Please read and save yourselves at all costs from getting into business with them ever!

This is pertaining to their Rohini Delhi outlet.

We received a local pink pamphlet at my home with this store's offers and items listed that was all groceries like buy 3 get 1 free or discount on MRP,etc.. etc.. wrapped in the morning newspaper.

So, one of my family members thought of checking them out and called them up on that very day in the afternoon and just as we were about to dictate the order the male staff of the store stopped us saying very cunningly like a cunning fox in a very sly and diplomatic voice that today they would not be able to take down the order as there is a lot of rush at the store so please call back later. To this my family member said that this is no way, then why have you given such a big ad in the newspaper and if this is the issue then you should employ more staff to take orders and deliver them since you are also offering home delivery service as per your pamphlet. But no , they kept parroting to call back and apologised for the inconvenience. So,we then decided to call back the next day.
The next day, they noted down the whole order and then very conveniently told my family member in Hindi that "Sorry, but we do not deliver so little items. So, please increase your order." Now, this was nowhere mentioned in their pamphlet that there is a certain amount that one needs to order to get a home delivery! And our order anyways was above Rs 1000 which is the normal home delivery rate everywhere. And I just checked in one of their advertisements on the internet that it is mentioned " Minimum order of Rs 1000." So, anyways,leaving that aside, these frauds were then told by my family member that is this the way you give advertisements with no conditions apply stated on them viz. order limit,etc. and over that why did the staff take the order in the first place and waste our time? Couldn''t the staff have said in the beginning that this is the order limit and stuff? To which they replied that "We cannot do anything, it must be a mistake from the printer's end." And they disconnected the phone!
That is "Raj Mandir Store" for you.
My family member then called back from the landline but they did not answer for obvious reasons.

Then, later in the day I decided to call them up and order the stuff. So, I called up from my mobile and asked them as to what is the order limit for a home delivery, to which the man there replied "Atleast 20 items from the list of 60 items that we have advertised in the pamphlet." So, I decided to go ahead with it and my bill ran up to around rs 5000,which was fine for us as that is the normal ration that we buy monthly. I called back and gave them the order to a lady named Meena there.They said that they would deliver it by the evening around 5 or 6 p.m that day.

I waited till 6 p.m. and then called them up and spoke to a male staff there who was speaking in broken English and said that till now the delivery boys have not yet returned from the field and are still delivering the morning orders so once they are back we would deliver your items. I asked him the estimated time and he said by 8 p.m.

So, at 8.15 p.m. I then called up to enquire again and the man on the phone said that " Sorry, hamare paas toh koi order nahi hai aapka." I told him that where is the boy and that woman named Meena who were there earlier, ask them. He said that Meena has left and he only takes all the orders. I said no this cant be because your voice sounds different but he was adamant that he is the one only who takes the orders everyday. He was lying on my face and not ready to listen. So I disconnected the phone as it was no use banging my head against the wall with this idiot liar.
Now, the twist here comes.
On their Pink pamphlet there was a number at the bottom that said "For any complaints, please call on this number ********54." So, I dialled that number and it was answered by a man who stated his name as Pradip Mittal and I told him the entire course of events, to which he apologised profusely and said that he will get them to call me back immediately. I then receive a call back from their same Rohini outlet landline and the same guy was on the phone who was lying on my face about the non existence of my order a little while back. He spoke in such a cunning tone trying to change his voice and asked that what was my complaint? I told him to stop acting up as he knows my issue already. He then said that he is going to check on the boys there right now and find out if they have my order. He then returned in 2 minutes and said that maybe we have misplaced your order and the boys have left for home so please give me your order again. I told him what kind of ridiculous service are you providing? Misplaced the order is this your management and responsibility towards your customers? He then apologised and said to repeat my order as the other boy named "Rana Singh" might have taken the order and he has left. He gave his own name as - Tarun Goyal/Goel.
So I then said forget it and gave him my order again and made him repeat it and also made him note down my address and he said that tomorrow by 12 or 1 p.m. he would deliver it without further delay. I still did not trust him and hence called up the owner Pradip Mittal again and told him that though I have given the order again but I dont trust them so you being the owner please keep track and make sure that the order is delivered tomorrow.He assured me and kept apologising. Then I hung up.

The next day at around 1 p.m. I called them up and asked to speak to Tarun Goyal/Goel and was transfered to him by one of the boys there. I then asked him that my order has not come and he replied that he was sending the boy who would reach in 1 hour. About 10 mins later I receive a call from the landline and the boy there says that his name is Rana and we apologise that your order has been misplaced and so please repeat your order and we would deliver it in 15 mins. I was at my wits end by now and told him that this is heights and hung up. I spoke with Pradeep Mittal on his number again and narrated what had happened just now and he again apologised profusely and said that he will look into it and make them call back. Then I receive a call back from the landline of their rohini outlet again and the lady named Meena was on it and said that she is apologetic and can I please repeat the order to which I asked her how does one lose the order twice and what kind of shit service is this? I said I am cancelling the order, leave it.

I then receive a call from Pradep Mittal and he was again apoloising and saying that he would pay me a heavy fine if my order is not delivered,etc. and that he runs 6 shops in Delhi,etc. So he said please give us one more chance. So, I said fine, make the Rohini staff call back and take the order. So again this fraud Tarun Goyal from their Rohini outlet calls back and asks for the order. I give it and they say that they would deliver it in an hour.

So after an hour I call up and the lady Meena says that the boy has returned as no one was there at your home. I was furious and told her to make me speak to the boy. The boy was speaking in such a rude manner to which I lambasted him and asked him his name and he said Kamal. I then told him to handover the phone to the lady and I told her to cancel the order because you are abunch of liars and crooks and hung up. Then Mr. Pradip Mittal called up and I simply told him that his staff was utter liars and ill mannered with no ethics at all and he as an owner should be ashamed that his word holds no good amongst his staff and I would never recommend this shop to anyone and also write about my experience on the internet to wan other people and save them from this torture. I told him that he also must be surely involved in this shit . He apologised again and I had had enough so I hung up. Then I received a call again from Tarun Goyal and he asked " Please tell us,what is the complaint?'' I said " Dare you call back again here. I have cancelled the order. " To which his audacity increased and he said " We are apologising to you profusely and you are only screaming at us for no reason." I was aghaast. I told him " STFU and get lost from here and dare you ever call on this number else I will report you to the police."

After that I received no calls from them.

So all those reading this in Dwarka or Paschim Vihar or Rohini area in Delhi, please do not order from Raj Mandir store in these areas no matter how many offers they take out. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDS.

They are frauds who only want to sell to shopkeepers and just in case people do not land up at their store and make them accountable they keep them hanging on the phone for home delivery and put all the blame on the customer then for non delivery of the order. And lastly even their owners are involved here together with the staff. They have all insect eaten items and rotten items. They are just gathering phone numbers of people to make a database for giving offers and selling their numbers to companies.

There are a lot more complaints about them on the internet, just go through them and you will be shell shocked.

HI Team,

Complaint Related - Raj Mandir General Store - Mahavir Enclave.

The complaint is regarding store manager vikas and ramesh kumar, i waited for 40 minutes outside of the store just to buy atta, and the response of jamurudin and ramesh kumar is totally unprofessional, and the store manager vikas who is watching all of this misbehaviour he came after 45 minutes to know the reason why i am standing outside of the store. And after his visit he is asking useless question and giving irresponsible answer and the same i will take to the consumer court so such issues will not affect.

I m today Visit at your store vikas puri A block (10:35) . Your staff cash counter so rude with coustmer . I purchasing only one item go to billing 1st counter he is ask to me this counter is closed go to next counter . Then i go to next counter he is ask to me same statement then i go yo next counter he also ask to same statement you are dealing with coustmer so why r u opne this store plzz close this store all counter staff uneducated. That is my huge mistake today i m going your store in vikas puri i m really very sorry
