Service Center - Quick Service Cheated us by taking the mixer and not returning it

I got the Quick Service Contacts from Just a Dial. They connected me directly to this person. This guy came and took my mixer saying motor problem and till date not given the mixer back. All these days he will ask me to be home so that he can come and give But till date he has not given. On top of that there is no 37th cross in HSR Layout. Yet to verify this thoroughly. He has taken 400 rupees advance also.
He always switches of his mobile.
Last week Praveena from Just Dial created a concall between myself , Quick Service and Just Dial. He promised to return the mixer on the same day. Now 5 after the concall I am yet to receive the mixer.
