Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased a new pulsur 1500 CC from PRJ Bajaj, on 10.04.11, Cash, but i found engine sound problem in it,

1st free service at that time they used another engine oil, I asked them put bajaj DTS-i (10,000) 20 w 50 4t premium engine oil, they said that we have another engine oil, we don't use it.

i told them (2 times) 1st time i told them about sound, they said that no sound in engine.

2nd time I told them when i drive it then it create sound in engine they said no sound & some sound comes, but i told it have difference sound, they said no sound.

now i found another problem that when we sit two on bike, than no pickup in bike on road as well as flyovers at delhi

so i request you to please take some strong action at my complain. pleasee change my bike with new one.
