I ordered for eyeglasses with lens.
When I surf for eyeglasses on website of gkb it shows dual tone color of black and blue frame. But when i received the product it is of blue and blue shade.
Totally differnt from what appears on screen
While giving description box they blue and blue.. bt from appearance of product i purchased it and didnt turn to go for description of product.
I saw another mistake in there site also. A similar frame with black and red combination shown on website bt its description written as black,black.. then how one can understand what kind of appearance it has.
Basically on online shopping peaples purchasing what they see on screen..

They agreed to return the frame bt not lenses which costs me rs. 490.
Frame costs me rs. 548..
Combine amount 1038 and they agreed to change the frame of 548 only bt tgey say I need to pay for lenses..
