1) Item "Bajaj Aqua Natural Water Purifier" placed under order # IN3006100246 . The same was shipped on 27 Jul 2010 (However , to my utter disappointmnent the product was received in a damaged condition On after opening the shipment we found that its major parts were damaged / broken, )

2) Further more I am yet to receive my 2nd redeemed item against order no. "JAIPAN FANCY TRISET MIXER GRINDER" that you placed under order # IN3006100256; which was to be received by 27/07/2010 as per your commitment hoping for priority attention and immidieate action.
