Team,
I have purchased KC470 on 21Feb2010. I was very happy for about a month, Right after a month its started throwing \"Unable to charge\" while trying to recharge. I went to the Service center(PrimeTech), they said its a known problem among the particular model(KC470) and took my mobile number as the software required is yet receive from the company. Till now no one called me, I have visited the service center many times but of no use and getting the same response.
I tried to contact the support numbers provided in the Karbonn website, but the phone was unanswered, After trying almost 100 times in a day, some one answered, took my details and said that the tech guy will contact me later. But no one contacted me till now.
I just want to inform you that, after facing a lot of troubles with Chinese models, people are just now started trusting your brand(being a Indian brand). Please dont lose the trust and your market just because of these silly services mistakes and negligence.
I would have no choice other than approaching consumer forum, if the problem continues

not available the layout any karbonn mobile to make good jub
scratch the battery plates and phones prongs and dusted all connectors this should work bcoz after having problen i did this today and this is working from 10 minutes and counting

i have purchased KC470 on 8th jan-10. i was happy for 3 months. The complaint is keypad of the mobile is not working from may 31st to till date. i have given in service center (prime tech, abids) he has broken the glass of the screenafter servcing it works for 2 days and after that it 's not working when we goes to servcing center he is not replying properly and doing mistakes and negligence in work. i would have no choice other than apporaching consumer forum, if the problem continues. iam working in high court so do the needfull as early as possible thank you

Such a F----- brand. I brought KC470 model and it is not supporting any video format, although it is written in user manual that it supports the same.
i maid a complent in service center but they are such b---, judt told me this is ;not our lookout.
i mailed on their id provided for complaint, and you know the mail failed.
please i strongly advice not to buy any set of this f------ brand.and spread the messg to all.
