Sir

I have fill the application Form for Migration from Prepaid to Post Paid connection of IDEA on Dt.15th August'14 at Idea Store-Dharampura Bazar, Shera wala Gate, Patiala-Punjab. On 16th i have received the message that the migration will be done within 21.08.2014 3.30 PM. From Dt.19.08.2014 to (23.08.2014) till date i am not able to do the call from my Phone. Company has stop the call from my phone.

I have visited the IDEA Dharampura Bazar Store Four times on Dt.22.08.2014. They inform me that your phone will be star working within One Hour. But till time (23.08.2014, 11.50 AM) my phone is not working. Due to this i am not able to do the work.

Please activate my Phone No. on priority basis and Compensate the loss occurred by me due to my phone not working from past 5 days.
