I placed an on-line order of Power Saver Device with an offer Buy 1 & Get 1 Free for Rs.999/- on Cash of Delivery basis on 26th Mar 2018 with 02 years warranty benefits. These devices were delivered on 28th Mar 2018 but as I opened the pack I find one defected device which i make complaint 0********02 (order confirmation call) to replace the defective piece and they assured me to replace the same. After lapsed of 48 Hrs, I made them number of calls at their flashed number also but they didn't attend my calls or not respond positively. This act became the major cause in doubt a fraud company, hence, I visited personally on 30th Mar 2018 to their Billing Address but there is no company existed with this name and they have generated fake bill which doesn't contained Tin No. and printed fake address. You are requested to track them through their 0********5 (Website flashed number) or 0********02 (order confirmation call) & enquiry no.********10. In this way, I fudged by this firm and I think there are number of customers which might cheated by them.
