redington limited - poor services

this is to inform you that I, shushant, a loyal coustomer of HP products and accesories, that i have a laptop(dv6-7012tx), whose hard drive got courrupted on 19/07/14. i gave it to redington limited at patna center. i told them that i have a train to catch on 24/07 14.
they assured me that they will deliver it by 23/07/14 n utmost by 24/07/14 as on paper. by till to day i.e. 24/07/14 they have no updates on my laptop servises. they respond in a very rude manner on phone. now i am facing so much inconvinience.

this is a kind request to kindly respond to my plea.
