Hi my name is Sarvjit Singh Bedi I bought LED TV of Videocon on 21st Feb ,2016 from Vijay sales with 1+2 years of warranty period i paid extra for 2 years on 9th nov my TV screen was not working i complained at Videocoan & Vijay Sales Customer care i got the call from both & one of the representative has visited our place and told us that we have to change the tube box and for that when it is availble we repair it i did not got any call from them again i called Customer care they given me a no Mr. Ashish Sharma # ********63 then i called him he told me that the Tube box is not available so we will change your TV and give u new TV you can call on 21st Nov & it will be deliver on 22nd Nov . I called on 21st Nov to Mr. Ashish & again he has given me another number of Mr. Pathak # ********49 & he told me that you have to pay 30% of the new TV which is 20,000 & then we will exchange in return he said this is what he got an approval. I dont undertsand first of all i have taken an insurance my product is under warranty and it is been told by your company that we cant repair this so, if you cant repair your own product then why will customer will pay penalty for the same we never asked for new TV we want our TV to be repair it is under warranty period. Kindly do the needful.
