I have purchased Gillete Razor through zapak.com two months ago, but till now it has not been delivered. Zapak is saying they have send it but still I have not received it. I have won a Philips radio on their website which I have received but I never got the material which I purchased online. I have written lot of mails to them but answer is same that your query has been elevated to level 2 and will get back you. Pathetic customer service and advise everybody not to purchase anything from zapak. My transaction value is very less but if I had purchased something which is costly then I could have been in mess.
