Zen Tech Services - Poor service and no proper response from a TV Service center

I had called Just Dial on Wednesday, April 8th, by 7.15 am to get the contact details of a TV Service Center near my place (Kaggadasapura). Before I could even end the call, I was getting a call from Zen Tech Services (********65). They said their person would come and check my TV in the next half an hour. Their technician, Aslam (********98) called me after an hour. I gave an appointment to come in the evening by 8.30 pm. This confirmation made me cancel my appointments with all other service centers. No one turned up the whole day. The next day (April 9th), I called them back to check when they are coming to test my TV. They said they will come in the evening. Aslam came at 8.30 pm, informed that the TV board had got short and that it was burnt. He took the board and promised that he would return it the next day (April 9th). He did not turn up the next day. On April 10th, Saturday, he came and tried to install the board, but it was still not fixed. There were some lines appearing on the display. He took it back and told that he would get it by evening. After that, they were not responding to my calls at all. I called Just Dial and raised an escalation on Tuesday (April 14th). On Wednesday (April 15th), I called Just Dial again at 10 am. They had a conference call with me and the service center lady. She initially said that she would give it in one hour. After 2 hours, when I call them back, they said the technician will come to my place by 1 pm. After a heated discussion, I was reluctant to pay the amount (Rs. 2000). They said they will send the board back, without repairing. After about half an hour of discussion, they agreed to send me the repaired board on Thursday (April 16th) between 9.30 am and 10 am. I agreed to pay the bills as well. On Wednesday evening, Aslam calls me and asks if he can come with the board at 8.30 pm, inspite of informing them that I will be at office at that time. The next day, no one turned up till 10.30 am. I called Aslam and he says he will come by 12 pm. I cant waste my time waiting for these people. I have to attend my office. After a week's time now, I still havent got my TV board back, either repaired or in the same state. I want this company to be blacklisted so that other customers do not suffer like I am. It is a very poor service from these guys. I do not want to pay their amount or get it repaired by them. Please help me urgently on these issues.
