Respected Sir/Madam

I issue this complaint regarding the MAAC (Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics), Jalandhar institute. Sir/Madam I joined this institute in September 2009 and the course i joined was of 22 months. Now due to the poor management and irresponsible attitude of the faculty member creating a big problem for me whether my course will be end in proper time or not ( think it has been extended ) . The facility they are providing us is also getting worse, there generator did not work, right now they has only 1 teacher and that teacher is also working a relationship manager. The classes are badly in shape , you should visit and see the situation. i have paid lot of money for this course and i did not think i worth it. Now due to this extension of the course it is creating me a huge career problem. sir/madam please help me regarding this complaint.
