I made an order to supply of plants- 1. Peperomia Obtusifolia Variegated (small) 2. Top 6 Cute Succulents alongwith one free Mogra Plant vide order No.42YI052414 and was charged Rs.1348/- for the same. I got the plants on 22nd July 2017 through Courier in a very bad shape. I was shocked to see the condition of the plants supplied. These were not at all comparable to the plants shown on the website. I didn't expect such a deviation in supply of the ordered plants. The reason for such a condition of plant was told that those were live plants and suffered conditions without sunlight and water in transit, that plants situation called temporary wilting point due to the shocked leaves get dried. It was told that the plants would survive after re-potting and due care. But as expected only one plant survived out of 8.

Complainant's Goal: Replace plants or refund money and to aware people about malpractices by website

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER NO NLV1411246077, ON 08 JUNE 21, BESIDES SEDINING E MAILS AND REMINDER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION EVEN AFTER 11 DAYS OF PLACING THE ORDER.
THE CONTACT NO GIVEN IS STWITCHED OFF.
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER, IN CASE THERE IS BEEN GOING TO BE FURTHER DELAY, KINDLY LET ME KNOW, I WOULD THEN CANCEL THE ORDER AND REQUEST FOR REFUND.
