Hi,
I have placed an online order (#1471602) using my credit card dated 26 Oct'13 amount - INR 7195 and my credit card was debited by the same amount on the same day.
Thought i will get my order in 15 working days but after 3 weeks when i called www.stylelok.com on +********9999 i got the information that there was some issue with payment gateway and www.stylelok.com want to verify my credit card before delivery but they didnt care to email me about this, the only email i have from www.stylelok.com is for the order confirmation TILL DATE.
Then after regular follow up they told the product is dispatch with Aramex but they didnt provide me AWB copy or number.
After few days when i called them i got the AWB # 40002623091

Now in the link it says the product has been delivered but i have not received any product.
I called Aramex and they will not provide AWB copy or signed copy.
I dont know to whom to trust.
Please Help.

I'm in dubai and making international calls to contact www.stylelok.com .

Tried to send an email to www.stylelok.com but i didnt got any reply from them whether if the product is delivered or shipping detail or if there was any issue.

It's now 9 Dec'13 and its been 45 days that www.stylelok.com cant even deliver one product to a customer, i wonder how they are running this business ? If they cant deliver then atleast returned my money back or provide me the product.

the same thing happened with me.I didnt receive my product nor they refund my money back.Its really a waste site.I would suggest no one should do online shopping on stylelok.The team is also not responsible.They only know how to convince people to get money .

Dear Mr Sagar,

We have read your complaint and would like to comment on the following...

There was no issue with the payment gateway..as communicated very clearly to Ms Sabah rehman for whom you had booked ths order there were multiple cards used to book multiple orders for her.
The cards used were from Dubai,Saudi,Brazil,Uk etc.
Our risk unit had therefore cancelled few orders as for all orders there were multiple cards used and different address for delivery,we therefore had to place this order on hold too as there was a risk factor involved.
We have had a detailed conversation with Ms Rehman on this and also with you.
Hope you understand these are compliance security issues and we as a responsible entity would comply with them.
We are in touch with Ms Rehman on this issue and shall conclude the same at the earliest.
