battery will discharge within a few minutes after charging it fully.
Complainant's Goal: i want serveice as phone is still under warranty

I support this complaint.Dear Sir / Madam.
I Had Purchased your product Model no. K-661, from M/s Ajay Communication Nehru ground faridabad vied receipt no. 9440, dt- 10.11.09. after about 6 month charger stop working and the problem was reported to M/s Ajay Communication & got replied that charger cable is defective and is not available. After repeatedly chasing to your dealer he is not replacing the cable and i am unable to use my mobile
& with no charging for a long period battery will be in deep discharge will required replacement.
Pl advise me where i should approach for replacement of charger cable.
