Dear Sir

My PF withdrawal forms are not submitted at hydearabad PF office by the employer and the employer is not responding to my request as I am in need urently for my Fathers medical treatment kindly do the neeful.

We suggest you to get the signed and attested form from employer and submit same to concerned PF office.

If they employer is not giving you attested form then file a written complaint to concerned PF office to the EPFO officer.
