My Sister-in-law went to drop her son at Sacred Heart School, Worli, while returning from the school she was stop for document verification at Worli (opp. to Worli Police station A.B. Road). She had provided all the valid documents including insurance. The lady constable said this is not the valid documents and referred to the Senior 2 Star Mr. Bhatnagar. Lady Constable told Senior that her in law is coming but still Mr. Bhatnagar order the lady constable to charge the penalty for not carrying valid documents. This is how things going on at practical ground and how people are suffering due to such corrupt authority.
