Dear Sir/Madam
we had recharge my tatasky (DTH) account for the amount rs 1000 through the net banking option for the bank OBC on 28/10/2013.
The amount is deducted for my account but recharge is failed after that we had connect the contact us services of but today is 13th days gone but we have not received my amount in till date.
