My Uncle has booked a parcel of a bed and mattress in parveen express of parveen groups in rajapalayam parveen express who deals with
parcel/goods service. It has been shipped on Wednesday (19/12/2012) which was said that it will be delivered to chinmaya nagar branch on
friday (21/12/2012) but as when i didnot get any call i went on saturday (22/12/2012). where in Chinmaya Nagar on saturday they said goods
have arrived to chintadripet and will come soon and they assured me that they will deliver before 4 PM on saturday to home with extra payment
as i told them am leaving out of station and to be delived today but at 3 PM from chinmaya nagar branch a peson called and said they half got only
half the goods and they will receive it tomorrow on sunday (22/12/2012) and will be delived before 1 PM on sunday. as it was not delivered i went to
the shop and asked they said its about to arrive so i waited till the goods came.When goods were arrived they said my parcel has not come yet its
still in chintadripet i called the chinmaya branch manager Unes (********10) and asked about it and he said it will come only tomorrow when i
said i will not be in chennai as i told yesterday i will be coming after a couple of weeks he said if the goods are here for long they will
get extra money as a fine and when i said i will give consumer complain they said its ok you can go ahead.then to confirm i called chintadripet
manager Guna (********62) he was giving reasons saying bed didnot fit in van and it will be delivered tomorrow only and he also said ok for the
consumer complain.I even agreed for giving extra amount of 600 for delivering home which is only 1 km from chinmaya nagar branch because home
delivery was not included.Now i feel they have to bare the expense for delivering home because they didnot deliver on time its too embarrassing
when they dont worry about the complains.Plese help through this forum. My contact Raman (********39)
