I Susmita Mahala, Advocate, a resident of Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi having office in Same locality.
It's adaily hassel for the public to confront with traffic jam and small accidents as lots of Cars (may be repairing purpose or left abundant) are covered Footpath area of the Main Road and due to which people are facing lots of trouble in this area facing accident, traffic jams in routine basis.

The Municipal Corporation did not even care about the Garbage near Boy's Primary School, In Sant Nagar Area which creating unhygienic conditions.

The Minicipal Corporation digging the road sides without placing signboards or light facility in the night, which may cause accident in night.


I request to remove all the parking from Footpath area of Sant Nagar along with Garbage therein and also put signboards where the work is going on for public convenience otherwise i will force to take legal action in that respect.
