i have booked a parcel on 31 st march 2012 bilty no. 714655 for bilaspur from jaipur. But the parcel didnt reach bilaspur even on 10th april 2012. I asked the parcel clerk at bilaspur cg railway station but unsatisfactory reply was given to me. Please help me getting my parcel soon. I shall be highly grateful. Thanks.
