Do not buy their properties? I bought the one in Bangalore. It is now 2013 and they are still not ready. They make false promises and their agreement is all one sided. STAY AWAY or suffer like me. Just Google they and you will see. There are only negative reviews about them. They might survive in a small market like Bangalore. But in big cities, all they do is cheat.
