sir , madam

i have alto lx 2011 model car. my car registration no. is HR 51 AL 9425. paint is remove , and rusting problem in my car. i have complaint many time in vipul motors (ymca) faridabad, haryana. but they not resolve my problem. vipul motors manager n.n pandey show rudely behaviour. pls sir resolve my problem..
