I had payed the money for an order on 09-01-2014.as per there rules they had to place the order in 7 days but they have not done that even they have not contact me a single time about it now i wanted to contact them but it is not possible because of their busy schedule.
I want to cancle my order or atleast contact me about the status of my order.
Complainant's Goal: cancle the order or send it as fast as it is possible.
