I was cheated in the orange properties case of rs 2lakhs, I had filed acomplaint in CCB on 2009 but now the same CCB says i have to file a FIR in the Ashok Nagar Police station and the police offices are tellin me th ecase is complicated and want me to come after the festival ,are the police there to help us or to celebrate festival,the same police were reluctant to file a FIR in 2009 had they done that i would have got my money back from the high court.

Can some one help me ?
