I hereby Warn people from going to "OPTIONS LOKHANDWALA ANDHERI STORE IN MUMBAI". They have employees in wedding department like "Kiran" who will scold you for touching the clothes. Their employees will not let you see any of their stuff and if you happen to touch a garment will humiliate you infront of public. Also they have managers like "Raseekbhai" who will support employees and not customers. Go for India's worst unprofessional store - "OPTIONS" at you own risk

I support this complaint. I purchased 6 trousers (4 corduroy trousers and 2 cotton trousers) and a belt on Oct 17, 2010 at a total price of Rs 11,565 from Options. I paid the money by Credit Card.
To my surprise, after the very first washing all 4 corduroy trousers turned out to be defective. The Corduroy layers started peeling off under the thigh portions.
I visited Options on last Saturday November 27 to show this. Their staff refused to accept my complaint and started shouting at me saying that I was told by him while purchasing that this would happen. This is untrue. This allegation of Options' staff also clearly establishes that fact that it was a deliberate act by Options to cheat me since nobody in normal sense would purchase 4 corduroy trousers knowing very well that these would get damaged after the very first wash.
