Idea Mobile Numbers: ********26 and ********74

I have submitted 4 sets of documents and 4 photo graphs and filled 4 Customer

Application form.Still the numbers are not activated and I’m asked to visit the showroom and fill another set of form. I have waited more than 3 months and visited the idea showroom at least 10 times but still numbers are not activated. First time I was told the signature didn’t match so I should go to the showroom again with all the documents and photographs and fill the form again, I did it but numbers are not activated.

Now these shameless people have stopped replying to to their complaints on email.

If I try to call the customer service they will curse me for calling the idea helpline number.

I have been abused and scolded for calling the customer service.
