History:
I had booked 4 consignments, bearing no. 6068801,6068802, 6068803, 6068804, from Erode to Jaipur & Noida, as applicable(The photo-copies of Consignment Bills are attached in the mail). I approached them to get delivery of the said consignments at the said places, but I was not given delivery of the goods.
I asked the concerned officials to re-book/return the goods to me at the booking station, but there has been no reply to the same. (A letter given to re-book/return the goods is attached here-with)
Complaint:
After making repeated attempts to know the position of my consignments, I was shocked to find that my goods have been delivered(Pls find attached the tracking details received from the company’s website, www.omlogistics.co.in)
The goods were booked on DACC(Delivery against Consignee Copy), but from the attachment you would find that the consignee copy lies with me, so it should not be delivered to any one without it.
I raised my complaint with Mr.Kuldeep, who happens to be the Erode Branch Head, I did not get any response from him, then I contacted Mr.Rakesh, the ISO Management Representative of the company, He forwarded me to Mr.Harish, the Manager of Sales Co-ordination & Marketing, who in-turn forwarded me to Mr.Sachin Sharma, the Operation Head, who again forwarded me to Mr. M.S.Negi, Regional Head. After going through all this channels, still my problem is not yet resolved. Below are the contact numbers of the above said officials,

I feel my goods have been sold out in the market and now I am being given a cold shoulder.
RELIEF:
The total value of goods is Rs. 8,81,334/-. I expect that my goods may returned to me, or I be given the said value of goods with interest.

It is a ISO 9001:2000 certified company, but doesnt follow any procedures , the certification is a waste.

Subject: Regarding filing the report and taking action.

It is respectfully requested that I am Mohammad Gufran, son of Shri Mohammad Furkan, resident of C 23 Griham Colony, Meerut. I have a Grand I10 2018 model car which I wanted to send from Meerut to Mumbai. So I searched car moving company on Google which resulted in Om Logistics & Car Carriers whose address is located at APMC Market, Nehru Chacha Nagar, Sayaji Park Society, Vadodara, Gujarat-390019, their GSTIN/UIN is : 24AAACO4716C1ZZ as per GST Number The firm name is OM LOGISTICS LTD and address is LS 173,174,LODARIYA,KANKAVATI HOTEL, TALUKA SANAND, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382170 whose employee or owner name is Manish Kumar, Sumit and their number is +********6177 which is unknown to me, their full The team is from Bhiwani Haryana. They contacted me on different mobile numbers like ********53, ********86, ********45 and sent me a quotation of Rs 11000 in which Manish Kumar wrote that he will send my car from Meerut to Mumbai for Rs 11000 and he told me Called and said that Rs 11000 GST and insurance charges are included in the quotation. On this I finalized the deal and transferred the token money of Rs 1000 to the following account number given by Manish, Bank Name – SBI, A/C No. 415********, IFSC Code – SBIN0050135 Name – Om Logistics . After this, Manish sent Harendra to pick up the car at the address given by me, from where Harendra, whose mobile number is ********72, picked up the car. I had taken his photo taken with the car and the photo of his driving license. Which I have but now instead of making a bill of Rs 11000, Om Logistics and Car Carriers has sent a bill of Rs 28645 and as told by Manish that 70% amount will have to be paid in advance and 30% amount will be given at the time of delivery. will be. I deposited 70% of the bill amount of Rs 11000 i.e. Rs 7700 in his account, but now he is not accepting the quotation of Rs 11000 and is insisting that he has to pay the full 100% advance of the bill amount Rs 23467. He was talking about giving the car only after paying the advance amount. He has another partner named Mohit who is talking to me through WhatsApp call, whose mobile number is +91 90349 06353. He is telling me that I will get the car only when the entire money is transferred to the account. When I asked him to register an FIR, he said that the police is on our heels. If you want to take a car, then transfer the entire amount to the account. For this reason, I deposited Rs. 15000 again in his account, after that he sent me the location of the car. My car is at the following address: Classic Hotel, Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410208 The key of which was recovered from the owner of Classic Hotel. For your reference, I have the audio recording of the conversation of these people and the screen shot of the message sent through WhatsApp and the photo of the quotation and the bill, so I can share it with you. Request you to take action against both these people and this Om Logistics and Car Carriers firm because they are making money. Giving low quotations to people. They trap people and after picking up the vehicle, they blackmail people by making bills of higher amount. I hope you will take cognizance of this matter and take appropriate action.
